It's the weekends! Not that it's something to celebrate for me anyway.
12 days. 3 papers. 2 subjects.
I was caught in the rain yesterday! Was stuck at the back gate bus stop with the rain just pouring down. It was a choice to get drenched and be utterly cold or wait for awhile.
Ether, Shermaine and Dyane were trying to get the office people to open the back gate.
But I was rescued by my dad! Who decided to call me and ask if I'm in school just in case I need help.
So yes, Daddy to the rescue! And I also helped this girl.
I was getting a little panicky because I didn't want to be late.
Thank goodness I made it on time.
I just booked my Basic Theory Test. Will hopefully be able to take it together with Freda and Jolin. It's on the 12th of December!
I'm excited!

It has been steadily raining the past few days and I do enjoy the weather. Somehow lots of rain always makes me think of the end of the year which equates to holidays and Christmas. So it does put me in a good mood.

Oh! I registered with the driving school already. I plan to take the Basic Theory Test by this year so that I can start learning driving early next year!
I honestly can't imagine myself actually driving. It's just crazy!

Boyf turns 19 today!

Due to my A levels and his NS, I'm unable to spend his birthday with him :(
Well, he didn't get to celebrate my birthday on the day itself for two years already but it still turned out fine!

I've a total of 11 papers and during this first week of A levels, I'm done with 6!
This week is the super packed week. I can bid farewell to General Paper H1 and Mathematics H2! Years of studying and within a few days, they're all done.
5 papers left. Next Tuesday, Chem Paper 2 and next Friday, Econs Paper.
The following Monday would be Chem Paper 1 AND Bio Paper 3.
Afterwhich, there will be a grand total of TEN full days before Bio Paper 1, which is Bio MCQ, on 3rd December.

AAHHHHHH! My dad just bought me the Samsung i8910 HD Phone I've been wanting! Haha. A very belated birthday present.
It's very pretty, the screen's amazing. I can go on but there isn't much time!
I didn't manage to update about the farewell, which was amazing, by the way.
Spent so many nights at my grandpa's place! It was very tranquil there.
Will update like crazy after A's!

This outdated blog would probably continue in this fashion until after the A's. For bio students that would mean 3rd December.
Went out with boyf last Saturday. Met his good buddy from camp for the first time. We were suppose to indulge in some prata but it was Deepavali! So that was the end of that plan. We decided to explore Upper and Lower Pierce Reservoir. And they have tons of long-tailed macaques sitting by the road. Enjoying life.
But it did sadden me that they rely on people to feed them instead of foraging for their own food. We went to Ang Mo Kio Hub after that for lunch at New York New York. Walked around and got conned out of $8 by those catching toys machine!!! There was this particular cool one where you cut the string that holds the toys instead. And the most annoying part - it's addictive. Ugh! Will steel myself from such obvious tactics!
I have been looking after my grandpa. Because my aunty who stays with him has went to China with another of my aunty. So I stayover and make sure that he's fine. He is pretty healthy, save for a few old ailments.
OOOH! I should be getting my phone next week! Finally! The phone is stocked in Starhub and M1 but NOT singtel. I'll get a recontract for my phone and I'll get my new phone! YAY!

It's the glorious Saturday once again. Which means tomorrow is Sunday which is another rest day.
Someone I know just visited a fortune teller. It made me think of the self-fulfilling prophecy. It's something I believe in. If someone told you that it is written by destiny that you are meant to do B and because you believe it, B happens when it wouldn't have happened if you didn't know about it. I'm just pretty doubtful about certain things that were said.
I'll be going to Swissotel Merchant Court for dinner tonight with my family! Yums! Photos will be taken!

Good afternoon bananacakes! It is Wednesday and I should be in school but I'm not. Not feeling too well and couldn't sleep until 5am. What's with the insomnia?! It's bordering on being annoying.
Woke up to the sound of my sister arguing with her boyfriend over the phone. All's fine now though! Haha.
My rabbit went for grooming recently and she has been reduced from a fluff ball to a skinny little rabbit!

My sister's birthday is this coming Monday. But we're having her birthday dinner this Saturday with my family and extended family at Swissotel Merchant Court. I went there for the Christmas buffet and now it's their normal buffet. I hope there's sashimi!!!
I've been shopping online recently. I don't usually shop outside and I assumed that it's because I don't like shopping but now I realise it's because I don't like jostling with people and having to stand up and walk and walk. I'd much rather shop in the comfort of my own home.
No one's at home now, guess I'll hit the books!

Prelims are OVER! However, the so-called best part has yet to come, the results.
Went home after the Bio MCQ paper and waited for Freda's birthday party! My darling best friend turned 18! It was fun just chatting and laughing with all her other friends. My dear Jolin came late but she did arrive and that's the main point. And let us not forget Freda's focal point!!!
Boyf fetched me from my house yesterday and we went to Parkway for Subway and sashimi!!! Yummy yummy! We went to Marine Square after that and watched Fame!
We walked around for awhile before heading to Bugis. We both stepped into Iluma for the first time. And the place is pretty empty for a Saturday!
Met up with his friends, Jian De, Ernest and Zi Xuan, and ate at Phin Steakhouse. Their set meal is very worth it and is yummy too! We went to Kallang to watch a movie but the available seats weren't ideal so we ended up going to Ernest's house. His dog is really really cute! She keeps licking your fingers and lick and lick and lick. She licked boyf fingers for like 20 minutes non stop. Very cute!
We went to the rooftop to "shang yue", since it was midautumn festival. And drank sparkling grape juice and ate mooncake. Super funny because it's a little tricky getting onto the rooftop and I had some difficulties! But in the end it was worth it for the view!
We went to Changi Village for supper after that and we saw rather interesting characters. Haha. And playing on the tv at the coffee shop on mediacorp channel 8 was some rather gory mandarin show. I didn't even know they show this kinda stuff on tv!
Dropped Jian De and Ernest off before boyf sent me home and went off with Zi Xuan to go home. It was a highly exciting day and well worth my precious time to rest and relax before the real intense studying starting from tomorrow!
Will post up photos another day!
Read the Lost Symbol, the latest book by Dan Brown. A good book but in my opinion, it was not as good as the others.
Gonna plan my timetable and do note that I definitely won't be online as often.
